Questions:
*How do I know this bedding will fit?
All K&R bedding orders require a bedding measurement chart. You will need to measure the length and width of the top of the mattress. You will also need to measure the drop. From the top of the mattress to your desired lenght.
*Can I return my item if I don't like it?
No. All sales are final.
*How long will it take to get my Order?
Most orders ship the next day once payment has been made. A K&R sales person will contact you with a tracking # and status on your order. All order ship from Salt Lake City, Utah. K&R Ships using Fed Ex home delivery.
*What payment types do you take?
We take all major credit cards on line. In store we do not take American Express.
*Where is this bedding made?
Our bedding is made in our factory store here in Salt Lake City, Utah. We have a 28,000 sq foot workroom.
*Can I pick up my item at the store?
Yes, you can. However, shipping will not be refunded.
*How do I order a sample of fabric?
Please call Kristine or e mail her Kristine@krbeds.com. She will get a sample int the mail for you.
*How do I set up a Wholesale account?
First of all, you have to be in the design trade. K&R requires the following: A copy of your business license, copy of your resale tax ID #, Copy of your checking account and a copy of your Business card. (your business credit/debit or check must be the form of payment) . Please contact Kristine or Kathy for assistance.
* Do you offer Financing?
Yes we do. We offer two different company's. Ge money and America First Credit Union.
*Do your pillow have zippers?
Yes, Our 26" and Shams have zippers. All pillows come stuffed with polyester pillow forms. The small pillow are sewn closed. All pillows come with matching fabric on the back.
*Can I wash my bedding?
No! All K&R bedding must be dry cleaned.
*If I buy my beddng at the K&R store, Can I apply online sale to my order?
No. Online is a spreate store from our retail store.
