Wholesale Accounts
Requirements for setting up a Wholesale account at K & R.
* A copy of your business license.
* A copy of your resale Tax Id #.
*Copy of your business checking account and Credit card.
(One of these must be used to when paying for an order.
We will not accept clients card or your personal card)
* A copy of you Business card.
* K & R requires a minimum of $5,000 on your first order to set up an account. We will require $5,000 your second year of business what us to keep your account open.
